We're proud to be a G-Cloud 11 supplier

3186383315?profile=RESIZE_710xCloud transformation specialists Exchange Communications is delighted to announce that we have successfully been awarded a place on the G-Cloud 11 framework, allowing us to continue delivering our services as a Crown Commercial Service supplier.

Our position as a G-Cloud 11 supplier allows public sector organisations to benefit from our cloud support services and expertise.

What is the G-Cloud framework?

The G-Cloud is a UK government framework that helps to simplify the public sector procurement process through a pre-approved list of suppliers and technologies on the UK Government Digital Marketplace portal.

The framework represents the UK governments’ drive to encourage the strategic use of cloud technology by allowing buyers to access transparent and cost-effective cloud services and suppliers.

What is the aim of G-Cloud?

The overall aim of the G-Cloud is two-fold: to help public bodies to easily research and evaluate cloud technologies and services for rapid and informed cloud innovation, and to remove barriers for SMEs within public sector procurement.

The G-Cloud 11 framework can be used by organisations across the UK public sector including central government, local government, health, education, devolved administrations, emergency services, defence and not-for-profit organisations.

Tom Sime, CEO of Exchange Communications, said: “The G-Cloud framework is a brilliant opportunity for the public sector to take advantage of the benefits of cloud solutions and easily call on expert guidance and support. Being an approved G-Cloud supplier means that Exchange Communications Group Ltd can continue to offer cloud expertise to the public sector while making it easier for the buyers to access these cloud services through the transparent Digital Marketplace.”
