This weekend I ran arguably one of the toughest obstacle races in the world and here are my top lessons.
1️⃣ No matter what your belief is you can change it, by thinking differently IN THAT MOMENT
2️⃣ When you are fully PRESENT (with body & Mind) in taking the action you have no space or time to worry.
3️⃣ You do not have to figure everything out. You just need to know the next step.
4️⃣ Power plus technique. Power alone will exhaust you and leave you empty of energy for the future obstacles. So when things get challenging working hard is not the best solution. Working differently is? What techniques can you use to work differently?
