I've been reading about Greyhope Bay and the work being done there to raise funds to open a "Dolphins at the Battery".
On 29th Sept they are planning an afternoon at the Battery so that you can find out more about the plans, see poster attached.
My hubby loves the stuff and I've had numerous attempts at making it and for the life of me I can't get the toffee bit to set.
The taste is amazing but the toffee just oozes out.
Any tips please???
