I only work with extraordinary leaders, people who are already successful, people who don’t NEED a coach, they want a coach. Because they are willing to explore what’s possible beyond excellence. They don’t see coaching as a cost, they see it as an investment that will give lifelong returns.

My coaching is not for the faint-hearted. One of the things that my clients appreciate about me is that I tell them things they need to hear and don’t necessarily want to hear. But I do this from a place of no judgement, just compassion and demand.

Coaching is not so much about teaching, but about encouraging and helping you explore things from another angle. It’s about making the change from a deeper level. It’s about slowing down to move fast. It’s about BEING your best version.

This session will give you an opportunity to test drive coaching and decide for yourself whether it is or is not for you.

At the end of the session, you or I may feel that we are not a good fit. In that case, I will point you in the direction of someone who may be a good fit or some resources that may be useful.

Regardless of what happens, it is a coaching session and not a discovery/sales call, so you tell me your thoughts the following day via email or phone. No decisions will be made in the session.
