I personally find the time from my last evening meal to my breakfast after training the next day is enough of a “fast” for me. (That’s essentially what it is, we all technically fast when we sleep 😴). This will be different depending on the individual.

It’s worth noting that systematic reviews and meta-analyses suggest that forms of intermittent caloric restriction produce similar effects to continuous calorie restriction in calorie-matched conditions (Harris et al., 2018; Seimon et al., 2015).

This shows that fasting is no better or worse when it comes to fat loss.

Of course, the best diet is the one that you can adhere to. For some people skipping breakfast works, for others it doesn’t. ✌🏻9737855861?profile=RESIZE_710x
