ABN Members Rose Recruitment and Quality Alliance International (QAI) have formed a working partnership following the successful launch of QAI’s new specialist Training Instructor Manpower Service. Rose Recruitment has become QAI’s strategic recruitment partner for all contractor, permanent recruitment and payroll requirements to allow QAI to focus on driving the business around the UK, Middle East and International markets. QAI Operations Director Shaun Minty said, “I’m excited to be working with Rose Recruitment, they make the process simple and have listened to what we need and have now delivered on their promise with our contractors being very happy with their service.”

QAI, who are key providers of training and competence solutions, launched the specialist Manpower Service in 2020 following feedback from clients.  Shaun Minty commented “It was clear to us that across the supply chain including global Operators, Service Companies and Training businesses there were flexible role requirements for Training Staff.   We are currently supplying Emergency Response and HSE trainers to our customer base in the Middle East and we expect to expand this to the African region later this year.  We have a global network of contractors and internal expertise to quality assure qualifications and CVs against defined standards ensuring all resources are best in class and deployed to sites quickly in line with client requirements.”
