Poll: Do you know what a 'Serviced Apartment' is? Yes/No?

Working for a serviced apartment company we band the term about all the time but sometimes I wonder if others actually know what they are?

The rise of AirBnB has given more exposure to the concept of renting a property by the night (like you would a hotel) but as a commerical operator things are a little more standardised than these domestic listings.

I would love to know your answers...

Yes! Serviced apartments are great if you are traveling with a group.

Yes

I find that the serviced apartments are a great option if it is a family trip as it is a much more "home from home" feel.

And I like both, Serviced Apartments and Hotels, depending on the circumstances. Sometimes it's great to have a few more homely touches
