Sounds interesting Janine! I think a lot more people are actually interested in mindfulness & it's benefits since the pandemic began.
Hi Jessie, yes its very very helpful just now for people who are struggling to juggle everything.
It is a great course, with lots of explanation on the techniques, and we also touch on psychology and neuroscience research around mindfulness. All the while being held within a group with compassion and kindness towards each other - judgements are left at the door and great bonds can be forged! Just 2 hours a week for 8 weeks in "class" and the skills and techniques learned can be used for the rest of your life.
