The last few months have seen me transition from one organisation to another and take up an exciting new role with Aberdein Considine. Some of you may have seen the announcement, but if you didnāt, Iāve joined as a Corporate Benefits Adviser, responsible for advising employers on the design and operation of their employee benefits packages.
Itās been a fun, fast first month with the Aberdein Considine Corporate Benefits team, getting out on my travels meeting new clients and catching up with existing ones, and now Iām ready to get back into the networking game!
The subject of employee benefits packages has become more important than ever, especially when competition for the best talent is greater than it ever has been. These packages, from pensions to healthcare benefits, can be a complex area for businesses to manage and itās vital they have the support when and where they need it.
Anyway, thatās enough from me. Iām delighted to be back with this network - looking forward to meeting more of you in the coming weeks and months to find out more about you and your businesses.
