Getting stuff done!

I set myself three things to do today!

1. Find my blood donor card (last used around 2010, whoops!).

2. Enter my next race.

3. Post something on ABN.

I've cut it a bit fine with the last one but it's great to have ticked everything off my 'to do list'.

How do you organise yourself? Are lists your thing or, do you get tasks done in a different way?

  • I have to be organised in my work, I use my diary and inbox to keep track. I file everything once read or actioned so the only things in my inbox are things to do. Other tasks (including personal ones) are popped into my diary with reminders and regular tasks set up as recurring. If not actioned I move them to the next day and so on. I do also have a few post it notes of things that come in to my head to be actioned. It seems to work for me. Good luck with next race and thank you for being a blood donor. I wish I could but I can't donate as I had a blood transfusion years ago, so have a huge appreciation to those who do.
    • You do sound super organised Karen!
I'll have to wait to give blood until my husband has a day off. I have been a fainter in the past but I'm hoping I'm over that now :-)
  • It feels like such an achievement ticking off physical lists! I bought a whole list notebook in papercase, it's amazing !
    • I might have to get myself a book. I usually list everything in my head!
  • How many of the 3 have you done now??
    • All of them are done. I just need to actually do the run and give blood (and not faint :-))
  • I love a list! Writing the list anyway, I do tend to then forget to take it with me :P
