It will cover options for communicating with your customers and enable you to consider the story/message that that you want to tell and where best to tell it.

It will take a practical approach to understanding the vision for your retail business and its position in the marketplace - building a brand and having services/products that the customer needs and wants. This leads naturally to communicating with potential and existing customers to raise awareness and directly promote products and services.
