Great customer service is critical to any retail business. This workshop will look at the levels of customer service expected/required and how this directly relates to the generation of increased sales and profit. It will help you to understand how to interact on a personal level with your customer (despite online sales increasing, the majority of retail transactions are still face to face).

We will look at body language and communication skills, recruitment, training and coaching, to ensure that you and your team understand and have the skills to deliver the level of service to match your brand image. This in turn will develop customer loyalty and provide the foundation for growing your customer base and increasing sales/profits.

  • How body language and natural communication can influence sales
  • Why levels of customer service and communication need to reflect the business brand image.
