This workshop will review the basic principles of merchandising and match them to your brand using shop floor and window displays, customer flow, impulse buys and addons, throughout varying types of premises.

This will include the need for consistency and communicating a clear message to your target audience. The physical layout and the look and feel of your business needs to reflect your place in the market and your brand. We will discuss this, and ways to convey your brand USP.
